Hi, I am Brynhild, a certified Integrative Health Coach and Cleanse Strategist with a background in leading teams, supporting decision-makers, and navigating high-performing environments.

I am also someone who’s walked through the quiet unraveling — the fatigue, the brain fog, the gut imbalances, the skin breakouts, nerve pain, that modern life tells us to ignore.
My healing began when I stopped pushing through and started listening in.

Today, I help conscious women like you decode the signals your body is sending — and create a healing path that’s grounded in biology, guided by intuition, and designed to work with your real life.
